Is that actually my mum/baby/dog/family/friend on the glass tumbler?

Absolutely! Just upload a photo with your order, and we’ll remove the background, place the face onto your selected design, and print it on the glass tumbler.

What makes a good photo?

An ideal photo is a clear, front-facing head and shoulders shot with good lighting. It’s best if no other objects or faces obscure the main subject. If you need something different from the standard head and shoulders shot, please mention it in the notes. Additionally, if your photo includes more than one person, let us know if you'd like the other person(s) to be part of the design.

What is the usual production time?

Typically, production takes around 2-4 business days.

Can I preview how the photo will look?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a proof of your order as our designers will carefully crop and transform your photos into a unique glass tumbler. However, if there are any issues with the photo, we’ll reach out via email to request a new one!

Shipping & Refund

What is your shipping time?

  • Our orders are primarily shipped via Australia Post.
  • Standard shipping takes 2 to 8 business days.
  • Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your order and are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping times may vary during the holiday seasons. We appreciate your support during these busy times.

Do you offer tracking for shipping?

Yes! All orders are shipped via courier, and you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer refunds?

No, as these are custom products, we cannot offer refunds, and all orders are final. Delays in production or shipping do not qualify for a refund, even if they affect your intended event or target date. For any shipping concerns, please contact the courier directly.
